The BMHAC committee is fully aware of the need for safety at the Down Grange athletics facilities. Please read the guidelines regarding track and field etiquette as well as other expectations whilst within the Down Grange complex.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced athlete, our friendly and supportive club welcomes runners, jumpers and throwers of all ages and abilities.
